Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd. is seeking a commercially driven Business Unit MD (Client Services) to lead and grow a high-performing client services division in the hospitality sector.

You will own the P&L, pricing, scope and retention while guiding a delivery team to meet deadlines and quality standards. You’ll build strong relationships with founder and owner-operator clients, ensuring the team delivers consistently.

Qualifications

• Experience running a business unit or client portfolio rather than a pure finance role.
• Strong commercial ownership across pricing, scope, margin and growth.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships with delivery against deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership in building teams and creating accountability.
• Comfortable engaging with Founders, CEOs and owner-operators from trusted relationships.
