Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with approximately 2–10 years' PQE.
• Strong commercial contracts experience.
• Experience in IT, technology, and/or IP matters advantageous.
• Commercially minded and client-focused.

• Handle supply, procurement, and outsourcing agreements; agency and distribution.

The Opportunity
