Sellick Partnership Limited - Private Practice is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its team. The role involves drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts, leases, and licenses, along with due diligence and advising on landlord and tenant matters.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years PQE in commercial property law, a proven ability to manage a broad caseload independently, and strong knowledge of related legislation. A competitive salary and generous benefits are offered.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, negotiate, and review legal documents such as contracts, leases, agreements for lease, and licences.
• Conduct due diligence including reviewing title documents, searches, and planning consents.
• Advise clients on landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals, rent reviews, and break clauses.
• Handle acquisitions and disposals of commercial premises, development land, and investment properties.
• Liaise with clients, developers, local authorities, surveyors, lenders, and other stakeholders.
• Register transactions with HM Land Registry and ensure compliance with SDLT requirements.
• Manage risk and ensure compliance with AML and regulatory obligations.
• Provide clear, commercially focused legal advice tailored to client needs.

Sellick Partnership is excited to be working with a Legal 500 law firm who are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Draft, negotiate, and review legal documents such as contracts, leases, agreements for lease, and licences.
• Conduct due diligence including reviewing title documents, searches, and planning consents.
• Advise clients on landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals, rent reviews, and break clauses.
• Handle acquisitions and disposals of commercial premises, development land, and investment properties.
