An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Solicitor to join a highly regarded and growing law firm with an outstanding reputation for quality work, career development, and client service.

This role would suit a Commercial Associate, Senior Associate, or Principal Associate looking to work with an impressive client base, including technology companies, high-growth businesses, and innovative organisations across a variety of sectors.

The Opportunity

You’ll advise on a broad range of commercial matters, including:

• Commercial contracts and strategic projects
• Supply, procurement, and outsourcing agreements
• Agency and distribution arrangements
• IT and technology contracts
• Intellectual property licensing
• Data protection matters
• Business development and client relationship management

You’ll work closely with experienced partners and enjoy genuine opportunities for progression within a supportive and collaborative team.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with approximately 2-10 years' PQE
• Strong commercial contracts experience
• Experience in IT, technology, and/or IP matters would be advantageous
• Commercially minded and client-focused
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills

• Team player with excellent communication skills
