Job summary

Lottie is building the AI operating system for social care and is hiring a Commercial Associate to launch a new vertical (Found for Specialist Care) from the ground up in London. You’ll own outbound sales, run demos, build a go-to-market playbook, and influence product direction with provider feedback.

You’ll operate in a hybrid setup with at least 2 core office days weekly, collaborate with leadership, and pursue ambitious ARR growth with uncapped commissions. Equity is part of the package.

Qualifications

• Sales-focused, outbound prospecting, and B2B selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell: own conversations with specialist care providers from first call to close, against MRR targets with uncapped commission on ARR closed.
• Build pipeline: prospect via calls, emails, LinkedIn and events, re-engage providers, and grow existing customers.
• Shape GTM messaging and playbooks by testing what lands with providers and feeding insights back to Product.
• Be the voice of the market by translating provider needs into product roadmap.
• Coordinate across Commercial, Product, Marketing and Customer Success for a joined-up provider journey.
