Recorder Limited in London is hiring a Commercial Associate to sit across client work, implementation, and go-to-market. You’ll be the person who makes prospects and clients feel looked after, the deals move faster, and the work behind every meeting is done properly.

This is a generalist role designed to adapt as the business grows. You’ll learn the product, the buyers, and the market from the inside, and you’ll do real work from week one in a fast-paced, in-office environment in Farringdon.

Qualifications

• Excellent written English; ability to turn messy conversations into actionable notes.
• Strong client communication with senior insurance individuals.
• Curiosity about how brokers and MGAs make money.
• Demonstrated ownership and ability to take initiative.
• Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Run prospect and client research; build the pre-read for meetings.
• Sit in on client and prospect calls; own follow-ups and materials.
• Help scope and run implementations with the delivery team; track to go-live.
• Build collateral for brokers and MGAs—proposals, notes, training materials, case studies.
• Spot patterns across clients and prospects and feed back to product, marketing, and sales.
• Partner with founders on live deals to improve outcomes.
• Move quickly with minimal hierarchy; ship repeatedly.
• Work alongside experienced founders and elite product/engineering teams.
• We are building from scratch, not patching legacy systems.
• Have real impact by being in the room for deals and decisions.
• Grow fast in a generalist role during rapid scaling.
