Commercial Associate - Climate Tech Start-Up - London / Cambridge

Join a fast-moving climate tech start-up as a Commercial Associate and help shape the company’s growth. About the Role

Reporting to the CEO, you’ll identify new markets, support key negotiations, and help drive commercial strategy. You’ll work across teams to bring new opportunities to life and contribute to high-impact partnerships.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work with technical teams and translate complex ideas
• Interest in commercial strategy, climate tech, and start-up growth
• Bonus: experience with sales tools, frameworks, or the energy industry

Remote-first, with the opportunity to work from the London / Cambridge office and engage with the leadership team in person.
