Commercial and Partnership Specialist, Northampton
This position is based in Alzenau / Offenbach in Germany, with responsibilities that may involve travel. Hyundai Motorsport GmbH, responsible for Hyundai's global motorsport activities, is seeking a Commercial and Partnership Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities aligning with business objectives.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including brands, agencies, and strategic partners.
- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements to maximize mutual value.
- Monitor and assess partnership performance against KPIs and business goals.
- Assist in developing commercial strategies to drive revenue and brand growth.
- Develop business cases and proposals for new partnerships.
- Support the execution of joint marketing initiatives such as events, content collaborations, and digital campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all partnership communications.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential opportunities.
- Analyze data to measure partnership effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners.
- Provide regular reports on partnership performance, ROI, and key insights.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in partnership development, commercial strategy, or marketing, preferably in Motorsport or Endurance racing.
- A strong marketing background with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
- Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written; additional European languages are a plus.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical skills with the ability to assess data and derive insights.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and graphic programs like Adobe Creative Suite.
- Reliable team player with strong communication and presentation skills, able to work under pressure.
- Proven success in managing partnerships and commercial deals.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings and events.
