Job description

Commercial and Partnership Specialist, Northampton

This position is based in Alzenau / Offenbach in Germany, with responsibilities that may involve travel. Hyundai Motorsport GmbH, responsible for Hyundai's global motorsport activities, is seeking a Commercial and Partnership Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities aligning with business objectives.
  2. Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including brands, agencies, and strategic partners.
  3. Negotiate and structure partnership agreements to maximize mutual value.
  4. Monitor and assess partnership performance against KPIs and business goals.
  5. Assist in developing commercial strategies to drive revenue and brand growth.
  6. Develop business cases and proposals for new partnerships.
  7. Support the execution of joint marketing initiatives such as events, content collaborations, and digital campaigns.
  8. Ensure brand consistency across all partnership communications.
  9. Conduct market research to identify trends and potential opportunities.
  10. Analyze data to measure partnership effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  11. Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners.
  12. Provide regular reports on partnership performance, ROI, and key insights.
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in partnership development, commercial strategy, or marketing, preferably in Motorsport or Endurance racing.
  • A strong marketing background with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to assess data and derive insights.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and graphic programs like Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Reliable team player with strong communication and presentation skills, able to work under pressure.
  • Proven success in managing partnerships and commercial deals.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings and events.
