Job summary

Jobtailor in the United Kingdom is seeking a driven commercial professional to support the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects. This role focuses on contract management in line with JCT and NEC 3/4, subcontractor negotiations, and robust cost reporting to ensure timely, accurate invoicing and performance tracking.

You will produce Cost Value Reconciliation and Earned Value Analysis reports, maintain project documentation, and contribute to a fast-growing division delivering infrastructure

Qualifications

• Experience in NHF SoR Rates or similar bespoke SoR rates.
• Familiarity with the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Basic understanding of standard methods of measurement.

Requirements

• Experience in NHF SoR Rates or similar bespoke SoR rates
• Familiarity with the construction industry
• 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at 9-4 (grade C or above), including Maths, English, and ideally a Science
• Any previous Level 4 related qualification or equivalent discipline is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Basic understanding of standard methods of measurement
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Ability to produce accurate work under tight deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiasm, commitment, and flexibility
• Willingness to take responsibility for own development and extend knowledge of software packages
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Previous construction industry experience is desirable
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel as required
