Job summary

The Airedale Group is seeking an accounts administrator to support the Commercial Team with processing subcontractor and warranty invoices, and client invoicing to meet KPIs. You will provide administrative support to ensure smooth commercial processes.

Ideal candidates will be methodical, highly organised, with strong Excel and Outlook skills, and excellent communication abilities. The role offers a career development path and is based across UK locations.

Responsibilities

  • Paying purchase invoices from suppliers, subcontractors and warranty holders and challenging charges where necessary.
  • Managing orders - cancelling and amending live orders.
  • Invoicing of multiple clients to hit KPIs.
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues (office and field engineers) to understand work carried out.
  • Reading job notes and engineer worksheets to accurately charge the customer for the correct works.
  • Liaising with clients by email and phone in a professional manner.
  • Work with the team to ensure monthly financial targets are met.
  • Matching invoices accurately to external client portals/forms.

Job Overview

Working closely with the wider Commercial Team, you will play an important part in ensuring we deliver the highest standard of service to our customers, meeting their needs while supporting the achievement of our business objectives.

The role will primarily focus on processing subcontractor and warranty invoices, as well as raising invoices for our clients. In addition, you will provide administrative support to the Commercial Team, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of our commercial processes.

Key Responsibilities
