Mears Group is delivering a long-term social housing repairs and maintenance partnership across Birmingham. The contract includes diverse workstreams including responsive repairs, planned maintenance and compliance services, with a strong focus on customer service, quality and community investment.
Due to continued growth across the contract, opportunities are available for experienced Commercial Administrators, located in our central Birmingham office.
We're looking for a Commercial Administrator to join our team, focusing on responsive repairs support. You'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day administrative functions across our operations, ensuring all processes run smoothly and in line with company procedures.
This role involves working closely with colleagues, clients, and service users to deliver accurate, timely and professional support. You'll be responsible for handling communications, managing purchase orders and invoices, maintaining records, and ensuring customer experience remains central to everything we do.
