Job description

Equans are looking for a Commercial Administrator to join our team in Belfast on a permanent basis.

This is a full time role. On offer is a competitive salary, and benefits package.

What will you deliver?
  • Accurately process and submit jobs coded using the M3NHF Schedule of Rates in line with contractual deadlines
  • Ensure all job submissions include the correct supporting documentation and comply with client requirements
  • Maintain and update internal tracking systems to monitor the progress of job submissions and approvals
  • Assist in the preparation of applications for payment, invoices, and valuation reports
  • Monitor job costs and variations, ensuring accurate records are maintained
  • Support the commercial team in cost analysis, identifying discrepancies, and resolving financial queries
  • Ensure that all job submissions adhere to Equans Regeneration’s commercial policies and contractual obligations
  • Assist with reporting and data analysis to support commercial decision-making

Who are we looking for?
  • Experience in a commercial or administrative role within the construction, regeneration, or social housing sector
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software systems
  • Understanding of contractual and financial processes in a commercial environment
  • Knowledge of the M3NHF Schedule of Rates and its application in job coding and cost control
  • Experience working with NEC or JCT contracts
