Job summary

Mott MacDonald Bentley is seeking a Commercial Administrator to join our Commercial Team supporting the Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water framework. You will provide essential administrative support across commercial activities and infrastructure projects within a busy, collaborative environment.

You will work closely with Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers, assisting with cost reporting, client applications, procurement administration, and records management to help deliver projects efficiently

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to work.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Previous administration experience would be advantageous.
• An interest in commercial management, construction or engineering would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support cost reporting and commercial administration.
• Maintain commercial records, trackers and databases.
• Assist with client reporting and payment applications.
• Support the administration of compensation events and variations.
• Coordinate commercial information with project teams.
• Assist with procurement and subcontract administration.
• Raise purchase orders and maintain supplier records.
• Manage document control and filing systems.
• Support monthly reporting and meeting administration.
• Manage commercial correspondence and team inboxes.
• Assist with audits and compliance activities.
