Qualifications

• Strong track record in Commercial Management with civils background.
• Experience leading a team and managing a portfolio of projects.
• Proven ability to influence clients and deliver positive outcomes for all parties.
• Sound commercial and financial acumen with cost management experience.
• Experience managing procurement processes and tenders.

Responsibilities

• Report on financial and contractual performance of individual projects and the framework.
• Lead, develop and motivate the commercial team.
• Establish and maintain a financial forecasting regime.
• Manage opportunities and risks within the programme and promote efficient delivery.
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues on commercial/supply chain issues.
• Challenge current commercial thinking and agreements; ensure compliant procurement and tender processes.
• Engage with supply chain to promote safe, sustainable, cost-efficient practices.
