ARB Interactive is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to foster relationships with game providers and oversee the execution of game launches. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, negotiation skills, and experience in the gaming industry. The Commercial Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with designated game providers, ensuring the seamless execution of game launches, driving content performance, and delivering strategic outcomes such as exclusive content agreements. This role serves as a key link between external partners and internal teams to enhance and expand the platform’s game offering.
Act as the primary liaison for assigned providers, overseeing all ongoing communications
Develop and nurture strong relationships across various organizational levels
Ensure alignment between provider deliverables and internal timelines and processes
Advocate for strategic advantages, including exclusive launches, improved commercial terms, and priority positioning
Gather and manage all required assets for game launches (including files, images, descriptions, and compliance documentation)
Coordinate closely with Platform, Content, Commercial, QA, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to execute timely and successful launches
Validate that all content complies with internal standards prior to release
Monitor performance post-launch and proactively flag issues or anomalies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal tools and trackers with relevant provider and game data
Work alongside Commercial Insights, Live Ops, and Platform teams to align on priorities
Identify potential blockers early and support teams in meeting operational deadlines
3+ years of experience in account management or partner-facing roles
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Organized and responsible; able to take initiative and work with self-direction
Experience within gaming, digital content, or entertainment industries
Professional fluency in English
Experience as an account manager at a slot game supplier or slot game aggregator
Background in social casino with sweepstakes, or online real money gaming
Familiarity with game integration workflows and technical specifications
Experience in content licensing and digital distribution
Understanding of casino game mechanics and player behavior
