The position offers a competitive salary (£30,000–£35,000), 35-hour week, permanent contract and hybrid working.

• Provide exceptional service and advice to clients to maximise satisfaction.
• Achieve new business and related product income targets.
• Maintain high retention levels in support of business strategy.
• Handle mid-term adjustments, queries and claims in a timely and accurate manner.
