With a strong culture of trust, flexibility, and professional development, they're now looking to add an experienced Commercial Account Handler to their expanding team.

Role Overview
As a Commercial Account Handler, you'll support a portfolio of clients across a wide range of sectors. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll have real responsibility for servicing existing accounts, broking new business, and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day insurance needs for commercial clients, including MTAs, renewals, and new business
2. Conduct full market exercises and provide risk-based recommendations
3. Prepare FCA-compliant reports, summaries, and client documentation
4. Work closely with Account Executives and attend client meetings as required
5. Liaise with insurers, challenge terms when necessary, and secure competitive solutions
6. Maintain accurate records and uphold high service and compliance standards
7. Represent the business at trade events, expos, and industry functions

About You

1. Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial insurance broking
2. Strong technical knowledge across multiple product lines and the Lloyd's market
3. Excellent communication, decision-making, and organisational skills
4. Personable and confident with a client-centric mindset
5. Experience using Acturis (or similar) and strong IT proficiency
6. Cert CII or working towards (preferred but not essential)
