Job summary

Howden is seeking a Commercial Account Handler for its Consumer & Local Commercial team in the UK. You will build rapport with clients ranging from sole traders to large organisations and work closely with the Branch Manager to meet objectives.

You will support renewal retention, learn on the job, and progress your professional qualifications within a dynamic insurance environment.

Qualifications

• You will have strong attention to detail as you will be reviewing client documentation, ensuring the information is correct.
• You must have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and external partners.
• You will be assisting the Commercial Account Executives in achieving high levels of renewal retention.

We are actively looking for a Commercial Account Handler to join our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team. Our local Commercial team have grown rapidly over the last 14 years', and we now have over 200 people within the team across the UK. In this role you will be responsible for building rapport with new and existing clients, who could range from sole traders, through to the MD/CEO of a large organisation, and working closely with the Branch Manager to achieve

objectives.
