The Role:

As a Commercial Account Handler, you will be responsible for delivering expert insurance support across a variety of commercial products. Working closely with Account Managers and Agents, your duties will include:

• Managing renewals and placement of new business
• Day-to-day account handling and client liaison
• Overseeing your own book of commercial clients and conducting renewal reviews
• Identifying opportunities to protect client interests and enhance coverage

The Person:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial insurance
• Excellent client relationship skills and a proactive service approach
• Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills
• Confident working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable across digital platforms
