Commercial Account Handler

MCS Group is looking for a skilled Commercial Account Handler to join an established national insurance broker. This is a new, full-time permanent opportunity in their Belfast HQ to compliment a period of exciting growth across the business.

The Role:

As the successful Commercial Account Handler, you will play a key role in:

• Build and maintain professional client relationships, providing expert product advice.
• Manage daily client communications, including telephone and basic queries.
• Handle incoming post and maintain diaries.
• Check policy documentation and issue Green Cards.
• Process mid-term adjustments (MTAs) and obtain renewal terms.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, FCA conduct rules, data security, and best practice guidelines.

The Person:

The successful Commercial Account Handler will meet the following criteria:

• Demonstrable experience in Commercial Insurance account management.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Solid understanding of insurance compliance, including FCA conduct rules.
• Proficient in IT systems and confident using digital tools in a professional environment.
