To help achieve our ambitious growth plans, we want a motivated, ambitious, and tenacious Account Executive to drive forward our business offerings across a variety of different verticals in Israel.

About you

You’re a hunter, someone that thrives with the buzz of closing with all the behaviors of delivering in a high-performance sales culture. You will have the autonomy to develop your skills, and we want someone to bring ideas and personality to help us push boundaries and challenge the status quo. You are passionate about customer experience and excited to show other organisations how Zendesk solutions can impact their mission and operations.

The day to day:
  • Exceed activity and revenue goals by offering best-in-class service.
  • Build and maintain a strong new business pipeline.
  • Capitalize on up-selling and cross-selling opportunities efficiently, and track all opportunity and customer details in Salesforce.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, becoming a partner of choice.
  • Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos with prospects and customers.
  • Demonstrate and sell value to key executive partners during sales cycles.

What we look for: Tenacity, drive, and motivation to be a top performer who exceeds expectations. A great personality, relationship skills, and experience selling to C-suite and VP leaders. Significant experience in software sales, SaaS experience is a plus.

What you bring to the role
  • At least 3 years of B2B sales or solution engineering experience, preferably in SaaS, with a proven record of exceeding targets.
  • Experience in virtual presentations, demos, and remote sales processes.
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles and renewals.
  • Salesforce experience is helpful but not essential.
  • Hebrew language skills are highly beneficial.
