Job summary

Brown & Brown Insurance is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to drive new business from East Grinstead. You will build a personal portfolio, add introducers, and advise on quotations and coverages while Renewals are processed.

You’ll work with clients to expand coverage and liaise with broking and support teams to ensure accurate documentation and compliant handling. A driving licence and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in the Commercial Insurance market.
• Ability to build and manage a personal portfolio.
• Confidence dealing with stakeholders at all levels, including board level.
• A full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Developing a personal pipeline of new business.
• Adding new introducers to your network.
• Advising clients on quotations, coverage requirements and renewals.
• Working with clients to expand and develop their coverages.
• Coordinating with broking and support teams to ensure accurate documentation.
• Acting in a compliant and timely manner on all cases.
• Meeting income and retention targets and supporting team development.

Yourexperience:

• AproventrackrecordacrosstherangeofCommercialInsurancemarketandbelookingforsomewheretosetupshoptobuildapersonalportfolioandputdownroots,nowyouarepartofaforeverbusiness.
• Yourskillsetwillincludehighlevelcommunication(Verbal,WrittenVideo),negotiation,influencing,sales,stakeholdermanagement,delegationandITskillswithaclientfirstmindset
• Youshouldalsobeconfidentindealingwithstakeholdersatalllevelsparticularlyboardlevel.
• Afulldrivinglicence
