Job description

We are seeking talented individuals to join our Commercial Client Executive teams at Marsh. These roles could be based across multiple locations (South/South West/South East & London). This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

This role focuses on managing and retaining an existing client portfolio, as well as identifying and winning new business. It is ideal for someone with a client-facing sales background who aspires to thrive at a market-leading insurance broker.

We will count on you to:

  • Deliver sales and growth with a focus on commercial businesses
  • Demonstrate excellent client retention skills
  • Utilise your diary management skills to cover a large region and maximise client reach
  • Work collaboratively within the team to meet goals and targets

What you need to have:

  • Experience in generating new business from scratch
  • Ability to generate leads and follow up to build a strong pipeline of potential clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Stakeholder management skills, including with senior executives

Preferred but not required qualifications:

  • Cert CII qualified; working towards ACII is desirable
