Your Recruitment Coach Ltd are seeking an experienced Agricultural Service Engineer to join a well-established agricultural machinery client. Based in Saxhom Suffolk, this full-time permanent role offers a salary of £40,000–£45,000 per year, plus overtime and excellent benefits.

The successful candidate will service, diagnose and repair a wide range of modern agricultural machinery, both on customer sites and in the workshop.

Your Recruitment Coach are looking for an experienced Agricultural Service Engineer to join a successful and well-established agricultural machinery client

This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer who enjoys working with modern agricultural machinery and wants to build a long-term career with a company that genuinely invests in its people.

You'll be working across a wide range of leading agricultural machinery, using the latest diagnostic technology alongside your hands-on engineering skills. No two days will be the same - from diagnosing faults using your laptop and specialist equipment to getting hands-on and making sure machinery is back working for the customer.

The role

As an Agricultural Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

• Servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of agricultural machinery.
• Diagnosing mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults.
• Using modern diagnostic equipment and technology.
• Carrying out repairs both at customer sites and within the workshop.
• Providing a professional and reliable service to customers.
• Working closely with the wider dealership team.
• Keeping your technical knowledge up to date through ongoing manufacturer training.
• Working additional hours during busy and peak periods when required.

What we’re looking for

Ideally, you'll have a relevant qualification or equivalent experience within Land Based Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Plant Engineering or a similar discipline.

You'll also have:

• Strong mechanical and technical skills.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing machinery.
• Good communication and people skills.
• A professional approach when dealing with customers.
• A willingness to learn and develop your technical skills.
• The flexibility to work overtime during busy periods.
• A genuine interest in agricultural machinery and engineering.
