Job summary

Hunter Selection | B Corp™ is seeking an experienced Agricultural Service Engineer in the UK. You will service, maintain and repair a range of agricultural machinery to manufacturer standards, diagnosing faults across electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems.

A dedicated service van and training are provided as part of a broad career development path. The role is field-based with occasional travel, Monday–Friday, and overtime opportunities during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Experience working on agricultural, plant or commercial vehicle equipment.
• Strong fault-finding skills across hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Valid UK driving licence is essential.
• Ability to work independently and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair agricultural machinery to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose and rectify electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and powertrain faults.
• Complete service reports, documentation and job records accurately.

Role Overview

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience working on agricultural, plant or commercial vehicle equipment
• Strong hydraulic, electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
• Full UK driving licence

Desirable Experience

• Land Based Engineering qualification or relevant apprenticeship
• Experience using diagnostic software and modern machinery systems
• Understanding of GPS, telematics and machine control technology
• Welding and fabrication experience

Work Location

• Field-based role covering customer sites across the local region
• Dedicated service van, laptop, mobile phone and tablet provided
• Mix of planned maintenance, servicing and breakdown support
• Occasional travel for manufacturer training and development
