Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair CLAAS combine harvesters and related dealer products.
• Use a laptop as part of daily servicing and diagnostics.
• Receive ongoing training at the CLAAS Academy and through the dealer network.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and product support.

Job description

Term: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Saxham, Suffolk

As a Combine Service Engineer working for our MANNS dealership near Bury St Edmunds, you will:

• Work on the full range of CLAAS combine harvesters, alongside complimentary products from the dealer's franchises. You will use a laptop as much as getting your hands dirty to get the job done.

Ideally You Will

• Have a relevant qualification, or equivalent experience within the field of Land Based Engineering at Level 2+.
• Have excellent people skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
• Be willing to participate in training to improve and further your skills.
• Be willing to work overtime at peak periods.
