• Relevant Level 2+ qualification or equivalent experience in Land Based Engineering.
• Excellent people skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
• Willingness to participate in training to improve skills and to work overtime at peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair CLAAS combine harvesters and related dealer products.
• Use a laptop as part of daily servicing and diagnostics.
• Receive ongoing training at the CLAAS Academy and through the dealer network.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and product support.
