Qualifications

• 1st Level registered Nurse with NMC registration and ongoing professional development.
• Advanced learning at Masters level or equivalent experience.
• Portfolio of career-long learning and relevant clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate nursing care for Colorectal USC patients with multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide advanced health assessment to meet physical and psychological needs.
• Initiate investigations to improve access to treatment and report findings to clinicians.
• Deliver nurse-led clinics and telephone/face-to-face assessments within the pathway.
