Job summary

LyondellBasell is seeking a Colourist in the UK to develop cost-effective colour formulations matching customer specifications. You will interact with Sales to capture needs, create formulations, and resolve colour-related issues across departments.

You will input formulas into PLM, use Colibri colour matching systems, and support QA, Production and Sales teams with colour-related guidance and samples.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of pigments, polymers and additives.
• Experience in masterbatch formulation development.
• Experience with colour computer systems and colour matching equipment.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health, safety and environmental policies.
• Develop cost-effective colour formulations meeting customer requirements.
• Input new colour match formulas into PLM and use Colibri software.
