TeacherActive is seeking a College Support Assistant for a college in Swansea. You will help students understand tutor instructions, break down tasks into manageable steps, and provide 1:1 or small-group support to help them complete assignments.

The role offers full-time, part-time, short-term and long-term opportunities, with a start date in September and hourly pay between £14.45 and £16.20.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting young people or students within an education setting.
• Experience providing 1:1 or small-group support.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain tasks clearly.
