EKC Group are seeking a College Services Team Leader to join Broadstairs college. As a College Services Team Leader, you will lead and manage the Admissions, College Reception and Central Administration Team in providing an efficient responsive customer orientated service within College Services.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and customer focused person with effective communication skills, coupled with experience of leading and managing a team. You will have experience in administration within and office environment and demonstrate the drive and enthusiasm to develop the function. Managing both the Admissions and College Reception Team, good organisational skills and effective leadership will be required along with an attention to detail.
You will be able to demonstrate good levels of data validation, ideally within an educational setting and proven IT skills will be required to develop and enhance the student experience through the admissions and enrolment process.
You will hold Administration/Office skills at Level 3 and IT qualifications at Level 2 or be working towards these qualifications. This will be a desirable skill set for this position to support the online admissions process as well as the student data.
