RNN Group is seeking a Minibus Driver to transport students between campuses and on trips, working within the Estates Team. You will contribute to a safe, reliable transport service aligned with Group policies.
You will hold a UK D1 licence, have MIDAS training or be willing to undertake it, and demonstrate flexibility to cover shifts across campuses. The role includes vehicle checks, fleet coordination support, and keeping vehicles clean and compliant.
The driver fulfils a key role, learners are transported between college locations within the RNN group.
We are looking for minibus drivers to join our Colleges' Estates Team where you will work closely with other support staff, teaching assistants and tutors to drive our minibuses transporting young people between Campuses and support young people on trips and visits into the community.
You will be expected to act with a degree of autonomy on a day-to-day basis, whilst reporting to your line manager, the Estates Admin and Transport Coordinator. You will work co-operatively with colleagues across all College Campuses and premises.
As a College Minibus Driver, you will need to be flexible to work across all campuses and there may be a requirement to cover shifts as/when required on occasion.
