Job summary

RNN Group is seeking a Minibus Driver to transport students between campuses and on trips, working within the Estates Team. You will contribute to a safe, reliable transport service aligned with Group policies.

You will hold a UK D1 licence, have MIDAS training or be willing to undertake it, and demonstrate flexibility to cover shifts across campuses. The role includes vehicle checks, fleet coordination support, and keeping vehicles clean and compliant.

Qualifications

• Have experience driving small to medium vans and/or minibuses.
• Have completed MIDAS Minibus Driver Training (or be willing to undertake) and hold a Full UK D1 driving licence (no endorsements), held for over 2 years.
• Be willing to undertake any training connected with the post including Safeguarding, First Aid at Work & a drivers medical.
• Work in a professional and confidential manner with a high degree of integrity.
• Be highly flexible and able to respond to quick changes in demands upon you including responding to urgent jobs and supporting colleagues across the Group's Support Teams.

Responsibilities

• Transport young people between College campuses and on trips.
• Maintain roadworthiness through regular vehicle checks and report faults.
• Assist with fleet bookings and coordination within the Estates team.
• Rectify faults in liaison with Estates team.
• Daily housekeeping to keep vehicles clean and tidy.
