We’re thrilled to have been recognised as one of the Top 20 Great Places to Work in the UK, and we’re embarking on a progressive multi-million-pound project within our F&A department. As we experience significant growth and development, we’re looking for a Collections Team Manager to join our dynamic Collections function. Our mission is to engage with a variety of debtors and help recover outstanding amounts owed.
We are seeking a driven leader to set high standards in debt collection, support clients’ financial health, and guarantee strong cash flow. As a point of escalation, you’ll guide your team, promote validated methods, and build strong partnerships. This role offers the chance to inspire your team, lead impactful projects, and drive business improvements. Join us on this exciting journey as we shape the future!
This is a hybrid role, predominantly based from home. Travel to the Leeds Hub will only be required once a week (Mondays) and for adhoc occasions.
