Job summary

Royal Mail is looking for a Collection and Network Driver to join the Nottingham Delivery Office on a 9-month fixed-term contract. You will deliver along your route, check post boxes, collect mail, and drop items at processing centres, ensuring the right item goes to the right place on time.

Applicants should be able to walk long distances in all weather and hold a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.

Qualifications

• Valid UK manual driving licence with up to 6 penalty points.
• Ability to walk long periods, work outdoors in all weather.
• Flexible shift availability and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mail on assigned routes to customers and businesses.
• Check post-boxes, visit post offices, and collect mail as required.
• Sort mailbags and ensure items reach processing centres on time.
• Deliver election materials and other specified items in line with Royal Mail standards.
