Job summary

Royal Mail Group is hiring a Collection and Network Driver for a 9-month fixed-term contract in the Delivery Office. The role is 20 hours per week, across 5 days (Mon-Sun) between 14:00 and 19:00, with a UK manual driving licence and outdoor working requirements.

You will join a team delivering and collecting mail, visiting post offices and processing centres, and ensuring items reach their destination on time. We offer a competitive hourly rate and benefits, with opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence with up to 6 penalty points.
• Able to walk for long periods and work outside in any weather.
• Flexible shift patterns are required.
• Positive, independent, self-motivated attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels to assigned routes and collect mail where required.
• Visit post offices and customer sites as scheduled.
• Sort mailbags and ensure proper routing to processing centres.
• Deliver and drop off items accurately and on time, supporting Royal Mail's service standards.
