Job summary

Worldpay is seeking a Collections Manager to lead the Finance Shared Services - Collections team and drive timely recovery of outstanding balances. You will develop strategies to reduce delinquencies and improve cash flow, implementing automation as needed.

You will train staff, ensure compliance with regulations such as FDCPA, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory or leadership roles.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
