Job summary

Worldpay (UK) Limited in Manchester is seeking a Collections Manager to lead credit collections and optimize recovery outcomes.

You will supervise a team, design strategies to reduce delinquency, deploy automation tools, ensure legal compliance (FDCPA), and collaborate with internal partners to improve cash flow and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory or leadership roles.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and data analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with collections software and tools.
• Experience developing and implementing debt collection policies.
• Experience predicting and monitoring credit risks.
• Vendor and stakeholder management experience.
