Job summary

The Crafts Council is offering a two-day-a-week fixed-term role based in London focusing on coordinating its Collection loans programme. The role requires thorough administration of live projects, borrower liaison, and accurate record-keeping across Salesforce, Museum Index and Asset Index+.

You will work closely with the Senior Curator of Collections and Collections Manager, developing relationships with borrowers, monitoring deadlines, and reporting on the loans pipeline and outcomes while

Qualifications

• Experience in collections administration and loans coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and data management.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery and administration of the Collection loans programme.
• Maintain accurate loans, borrower and object records in Salesforce, Museum Index and Asset Index+.
• Coordinate installations, de-installations, transport and movements.
• Support collections care and documentation.
• Review and improve loans processes and templates.
• Develop and maintain a prioritised borrower contact list for outreach.
• Provide internal reporting on the loans pipeline and income.
