Oodle Car Finance in Manchester is recruiting for a Payment Support Team member to assist customers with missed payments and guide them to suitable repayment options. You will communicate empathetically, document interactions, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounts.
We offer hybrid working with 2 days in the office, a starting date in October 2026, and a salary range of £27,500 to £30,000 plus a discretionary bonus scheme.

The Payment Support Team (Collections Team) at Oodle Car Finance are on a mission to deliver a great customer experience. In this role you will support our customers who have outstanding payments to support them to take steps to manage any missed payments. You will have exceptional communication and empathy skills and be able to build relationships with our customers to support them with the right outcome.

We place a strong emphasis on training and ensuring our new starters are set up for success from day one. For this reason, all training and Academy activities will take place in the office, allowing you to benefit from face‑to‑face support and collaboration with the team.
After successfully passing your probation, you'll move to our hybrid working arrangement, spending 2 days a week in the office and the rest working from home.
