We're looking for a Colleague Experience Lead to shape and continually evolve the experience of colleagues across key moments that matter, with a particular focus on onboarding and offboarding. From a colleague's first interaction with the business through to their final day, you'll ensure every touchpoint is seamless, consistent and meaningful.
Leading a team of colleague experience advisors & specialists, you'll drive operational excellence while identifying opportunities to simplify processes, remove friction and enhance the overall experience. You'll use data, insight and feedback to improve processes, increase automation and self-service, and help create an experience that colleagues genuinely value
You’ll balance experience, efficiency and compliance to ensure our processes remain aligned with employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
