Job summary

Air Liquide UK is seeking a Distribution Supervisor at Coleshill to support the Facility Manager with day-to-day activity, focusing on safe distribution of packaged gas products to internal and external customers. You will lead drivers and collaborate with departments to ensure quality and cost-effective service.

The role requires knowledge of EU driving regulations and ADR rules, strong leadership in operations, excellent organisational skills, and proficiency with ERP systems and PC software.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of EU driving regulations and ADR rules.
• Leadership experience in an operational management role in an industrial environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are required.
• Demonstrable ability to cooperate with others with effective interpersonal skills.
• IT skills - working knowledge of ERP systems and use of PCs and associated software.
• Good geographical knowledge of the distribution area.

Responsibilities

• Support the Facility Manager with daily site activities at Coleshill.
• Lead the team of drivers to deliver a high quality product in a safe and cost effective manner.
• Ensure the safe distribution of packaged gas products to internal and external customers.
• Establish strong working relationships with key departments.
