Job summary

Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of the apetito group, is seeking a dedicated team member to help pack customers' frozen orders in our chilled storage facility. The role operates in a -20°C environment, with protective clothing provided and breaks to warm up when needed.

You will report to the Driver Supervisor and Senior Freezer Operative, ensuring orders are packed accurately and dispatched on time, while contributing to continuous improvement and supporting the office team as required.

Qualifications

• Evidence of commitment and stability.
• Good attendance and timekeeping.
• Numerate and literate.
• Basic secondary education required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure orders placed later in the day are picked accurately and placed in the correct cage for dispatch.
• Pick orders with zero mistakes and ensure accuracy at all times.
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements in packing processes.
• Support the office team when needed.
• Report health and safety, stock quality and mechanical issues.
