Wiltshire Farm Foods is seeking a ready-meal distribution operative to pack customer frozen orders in a fast-paced cold-store environment. The role involves accurate picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch, with support to the office team as needed.

The position offers a fixed hourly rate of £13.45 plus bonus and company benefits, with shifts across 5 in 6 including bank holidays.

Formación

• Essential: Evidence of commitment and stability

Responsabilidades

• Ensure customer orders arriving late are picked and placed in the correct cage for the next morning
• Pick orders with zero mistakes
• Improve efficiencies and implement improvements
• Support the office team when required
• Report health and safety, stock quality and mechanical issues
• This role covers other duties as needed to support the department
