Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of apetito group, is hiring for a warehouse order picker in a cold store. You will pack frozen orders and pick late-day orders for the next morning, working 40 hours per week across 5 days in 6 including bank holidays.

Protective clothing is provided for a -20°C environment, with breaks to warm up and have a hot drink. The role reports to the Driver Supervisor and Senior Freezer Operative.

Qualifications

• Evidence of commitment and stability.
• Good attendance and timekeeping.
• Numerate and literate.
• Basic secondary education.

Responsabilités

• Ensure orders received later are picked accurately and placed in the correct cage for the next morning.
• Picking orders ensuring zero mistakes are made.
• Improve efficiencies and put them into practice.
• Help the office team where appropriate.
• Report health and safety, stock quality and mechanical issues.
