Job summary

IKEA Food team is seeking a part-time warehouse assistant to manage deliveries, check in stock, and keep cold storage tidy. You’ll use pallet trucks and follow safety procedures to ensure products arrive and are stored correctly.

This role is 32 hours per week, evenings and weekends, starting 15 November 2026. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, support colleagues and help create a smooth running store experience.

Qualifications

• You work well as part of a team and can manage multiple priorities.
• You maintain a thorough and organized approach to tasks.
• You follow safety protocols and are conscious of manual handling safety.

Responsibilities

• Manual handing of heavy stock to storage locations.
• Receive, check and store all food deliveries.
• Maintain food storage areas, rotate stock by date.
• Follow safety protocols for a secure environment for customers and colleagues.
• Support colleagues and foster a positive work environment.
• Move stock using a powered pallet truck; training provided.
• Work in cold environments (outside and freezers).
