Job summary

QUINTESSENTIAL BRANDS UK GROUP LTD is seeking a Warehouse and Distribution Supervisor in Christchurch. The role involves daily oversight of freezer and warehouse operations, coordinating deliveries and stock control, with Monday to Friday hours and occasional Saturday cover for sickness or holidays.

Candidates should have a 7.5t driving licence and be prepared to undertake deliveries when required. Training for forklift/reach truck will be provided, ensuring safe, efficient processing of goods

Qualifications

• Must hold a 7.5t driving licence.
• Experience in freezer/warehouse environment preferred.
• Good communication and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Work in both freezer and warehouse on a daily basis.
• Offload supplier deliveries using forklift or reach truck with full training provided.
• Check goods in and process on computer.
• Carry out stock checks when required.
• Top up picking bays when necessary.
• Check driver returns against paperwork.
• Sort returns (frozen, chilled and ambient) for shipment.
• Process DVNs and uplifts daily.
• Carry out vehicle inspections daily and complete paperwork.
• Route vehicles on computer system and liaise with drivers for next day deliveries.
• Perform any other duties as a Warehouse and Distribution Supervisor.
