Red Recruitment Group Ltd is recruiting for an experienced Distribution Supervisor to join a busy warehouse and despatch operation in Kidderminster.

This hands-on role focuses on transport planning, driver supervision, and fleet compliance. You will work closely with drivers and warehouse teams to ensure deliveries are completed safely, efficiently and on time, while maintaining accurate records and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport and warehouse operations required.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Good knowledge of transport legislation and drivers' hours.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate company transport and external carriers.
• Supervise drivers and support warehouse operations.
• Monitor delivery performance and achieve 95% OTIF.
• Ensure compliance with drivers' hours, transport legislation and company procedures.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance and fleet availability.
• Maintain transport records and produce KPI reports.
• Support and maintain FORS Silver accreditation.
• Investigate vehicle incidents and service failures.
• Promote a safe working environment and ensure drivers and vehicles remain compliant.

Salary: £36,000 per annum
Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:00-16:30 | Friday 09:00-15:00
Location: Kidderminster, DY11 7RA

• Valid UK driving licence required; HGV licence desirable.
