Job summary

Workforce Staffing is seeking an experienced Rolling Mill Setter to join our manufacturing client in West Bromwich. You will set up and operate cold rolling mills and related equipment to maintain production targets and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience setting and operating cold rolling mills.
• Strong knowledge of cold roll-forming machinery.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate cold rolling mills, roll-forming equipment, presses and associated machinery.
• Work across multiple mills, ensuring machinery is set correctly and operating efficiently.
• Maintain production targets and report any issues affecting output.
• Monitor product quality and ensure components meet required specifications.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping and 5S standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and working practices.
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures.
• Work effectively with colleagues to achieve production, quality and delivery targets.
