Job summary

Ardagh Group in Irvine, UK, is seeking a quality supervisor to oversee rework of defects and back checks of quality issues. The role covers covering long-term absence and supporting shifts with calibration checks.

The successful candidate will have Lean Six Sigma experience, strong communication, and a commitment to health and safety. We offer pension, generous holiday, private healthcare, and development opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Educated to National 5 with grades C or higher in Maths, Science and English.
• Enthusiasm, commitment and personal drive with a customer focus.
• Good understanding of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) tools and continuous improvement.
• Awareness of Health & Safety and Hygiene Regulations.

Required skills / qualifications:

• Educated to National 5 Level – Grade C or above in Maths, Science and English.
• Enthusiasm, commitment, personal drive, and customer focus.
• A good understanding of Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Tools and continuous improvement.
• Computer literate with good oral and written communication skills.
• Committed to Total Quality Standards.
• Awareness of relevant Health & Safety and Hygiene Regulations.
